Role Description The Business Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Chennai, responsible for driving overall business growth and operational excellence for Weboin Digital Marketing Agency. This role oversees P&L;, sets strategic direction, and translates business goals into actionable marketing, sales, and delivery plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, managing key client relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of digital marketing and web development services. The Business Head will monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop go-to-market strategies for target sectors. The role also involves creating performance metrics,



optimizing internal processes, aligning resources to business priorities, and representing the agency in key external meetings and partnerships.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated leadership experience in digital marketing, advertising, or technology services, with the ability to set vision, manage P&L;, and drive growth.
- Strong business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills, with a track record of winning and retaining key accounts.
- Experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and go-to-market strategy for sectors such as education, real estate, medical, fashion, FMCG, or technology.
- Proficiency in overseeing digital marketing, web development, and SEO projects, ensuring alignment between client objectives and delivery outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technology, sales, and marketing teams.
- Ability to build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, foster a collaborative culture, and implement performance management frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working with data, KPIs, and dashboards to make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field; prior experience in an agency or consulting workplace is highly desirable.
- Comfort working on-site in Chennai and engaging regularly with clients and partners in local and national markets.
