Lead practical training for the Mechanical domain under the STEM Employability Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on training in CNC, VMC, Lathe, Welding and manufacturing processes.
- Mentor participants and conduct practical assessments.
- Review and improve the course curriculum based on industry requirements.
- Support the development of the training centre, including lab setup and equipment recommendations.
- Ensure the programme remains industry-oriented and employment-focused.
Preferred Profile
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing or technical training.
- Robust practical knowledge and communication skills.
