Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

The role requires applying comprehensive business and functional insights to design and implement thorough testing strategies. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing processes, manages test execution, and oversees defect resolution, ensuring that quality metrics are effectively utilized to evaluate and improve testing outcomes.



Collaboration across teams and continuous process improvement are key aspects of daily activities.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools related to Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing comprehensive test automation strategies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret test results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes in quality engineering.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with project goals.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
