Role Description The Medical Practitioner will play a key role in collaborating with HealthIQ Plus Inc. to support continuous learning and evidence-based practice among healthcare professionals using the company's AI-enabled platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and validating medical content, providing clinical insights to refine educational materials, and participating in virtual discussions or consultations related to care standards and best practices. The Medical Practitioner will also offer feedback on clinical guidelines, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and help align educational content with real-world patient care needs.



This is a full-time remote role, requiring regular online collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and consistent engagement with digital tools and platforms.

Qualifications

- Clinical expertise: Licensed Medical Practitioner (MD, DO, or equivalent) with solid experience in direct patient care and evidence-based medicine.
- Medical knowledge and education: Robust understanding of clinical guidelines, therapeutic areas, and interest in medical education, training, and continuous professional development.
- Analytical and digital skills: Ability to interpret clinical data, review medical literature, and work effectively with digital platforms and AI-driven tools.
- Communication and collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex clinical concepts clearly and work with cross-functional teams.
- Quality and ethics: Commitment to high standards of medical ethics, patient safety, and quality improvement in healthcare delivery.
- Preferred experience: Prior involvement in medical affairs, clinical research, medical content review, or healthcare technology initiatives is an advantage.
- Work style: Capacity to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and maintain responsiveness in a virtual team environment.
