Job Requirement

- Up to 2 years of relevant experience of Marketing Operations in B2B IT Services/ Software Product / Solutions company (SAAS).
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills (In-person, during exhibitions/ events).
- Well-versed with MS Office tools (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint).
- Exposure to Marketing tools such as CRM (HubSpot/ Zoho/ Others)
- Exposure to Lead generations platforms is preferrable.
- Marketing Database management on Excel/ CRM tool.
- Well familiar with Social Media platform; LinkedIn
- Should be able to contribute to new and innovative marketing ideas/ campaigns.

Role Description

- Managing and Maintaining marketing customer database for efficient running of marketing campaigns.
- Lead generation via offline tools search engines, social media.
- Ability to identify and engage potential customers and nurture leads effectively through tele-calling.
- Lead lifecycle management.
- Engaging actively in marketing activities, Exhibitions, Events and Ability to contribute to creative and cutting-edge marketing ideas.
- Content creation / Graphic design on basic tools example Canva, Powtoon (Hands on experience of advance tools such PhotoShop, Illustrator is a plus)
- Ensuring brand consistency in all types of communications.
