Role Description The Sales and Marketing Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Goa, India. This role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, presenting project features, and guiding customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closure. The associate will support marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional events, and assist in executing digital and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and lead generation.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, responding to customer queries, collaborating with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts, and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also includes contributing feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help refine sales strategies and marketing content.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on relationship-building, responsiveness, and client satisfaction.
- Sales & Marketing skills, including lead generation through agency, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training, such as educating channel partners on product and brand offerings.
- Familiarity with real estate or related sectors is an advantage, especially in premium or luxury markets.
- Ability to work on-site in North Goa, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic CRM tools, office productivity software, and digital marketing platforms.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
