Jobs Territory is a recruitment consulting firm helping companies hire exceptional talent across multiple industries. We are expanding our GCC (Global Capability Center) client portfolio and are looking for a highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to drive new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new GCC clients across India.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and cold calling.
- Connect with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, Founders, and Business Leaders.
- Schedule and conduct client discovery meetings.
- Understand hiring requirements and propose Jobs Territory's recruitment solutions.
- Prepare proposals, commercial discussions, and follow up until closure.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team for smooth client onboarding.




- Develop long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Staffing, Recruitment Sales, or Client Acquisition.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong LinkedIn networking and prospecting skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and email outreach.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.

Preferred

- Experience selling recruitment or HR services.
- Existing network within GCCs, IT companies, or corporate HR teams.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM tools.
