Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Functional Consultant to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP PM solutions. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement initiatives, integrating PM functionalities with key core SAP modules and third-party systems while supporting production systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead system configuration, solution design, unit/integration testing, and deployment of end-to-end SAP PM processes.
- Design and execute functionalities including Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Calibration, Equipment Validation, and Equipment Onboarding/Disposal.
- Oversee and manage relevant master data objects (e.g., Equipment, Functional Locations, Work Centers, Maintenance Plans, Task Lists).
- Design, implement, and maintain complex integrations between SAP PM and other modules (MM, QM, FI/CO, MFG, SD, S2P) as well as external enterprise systems.
- Manage ongoing system maintenance, handle enhancement requests, resolve tier-3 incident tickets, and provide robust production support.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications (FS) and collaborate with technical teams (ABAP/CPI) for custom developments.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 5 to 8 years of hands-on functional experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) implementations, rollouts, and support.
- Core Expertise: Deep technical expertise in SAP PM configuration, preventive/corrective maintenance workflows, and equipment lifecycle management.
- Module Integration: Proven experience integrating SAP PM with MM, QM, FI/CO, MFG, SD, and S2P modules.
- Technical Artifacts: Solid proficiency in drafting Functional Specifications, test scripts, user manuals, and process flow diagrams.
- Work Arrangement: 100% Remote flexibility with strong asynchronous communication skills.
