We're looking for a Senior UX/Product Designer who has owned design end-to-end on a B2B or operations product — not just consumer apps. You'll design for factory workers, field technicians, and plant managers: people who use





software as a tool and work on low-end Android devices in constrained connectivity environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own end-to-end UX/UI across operator mobile flows (alerts, tasks, shift handover), supervisor dashboards, and service engineer workflows.

Design high-fidelity screens and UI patterns that are production-ready — annotated, component-mapped, buildable without interpretation.

Build and maintain a component library and design system that engineers and the Product Lead can work from directly.

Own the visual language of DigitalPaani beyond the product: pitch decks, one-pagers, social assets, marketing collateral.

Conduct periodic field visits to observe operators and supervisors — translate findings into UI decisions.

Actively use AI design tools (Figma AI, v0, generative UI, LLM-assisted prototyping) to accelerate exploration.
