Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Bidder (Upwork, PPH) based in Noida. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork and PeoplePerHour, preparing tailored proposals, and submitting bids aligned with company services and pricing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, understanding project requirements, coordinating with technical and sales teams to clarify scope, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. The role involves regular communication with prospective clients through messages and calls, negotiating terms,



and following up to convert bids into successful contracts. The Online Bidder will also track bid performance, update records in internal systems or CRM tools, and contribute insights to improve bidding strategies and win rates.
Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with international clients.
- Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess project requirements, budgets, and client needs on bidding platforms.
- Professional Writing skills to create concise, persuasive, and customized proposals.
- Ability to participate in or deliver Training related to bidding processes, proposal templates, and platform best practices.
- Familiarity with Upwork, PeoplePerHour, and similar freelance marketplaces, including profile management and bid tracking.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, SEO, SMO, PPC, and digital marketing services to align proposals with offerings.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Prior experience in online bidding, business development, or IT/digital marketing sales is preferred.
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
