Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day logistics operations, including coordinating critical shipments, monitoring delivery performance, and ensuring adherence to safety and security standards. Responsibilities include supervising teams and resources, managing customer requirements, tracking service quality metrics, and maintaining documentation and process compliance. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve issues, optimize workflows,



and improve operational efficiency. The Assistant Manager will also assist in planning, reporting, and implementing process improvements within the critical logistics network.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management skills, including coordination, scheduling, and process oversight in logistics or supply chain environments.
- Customer service and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in handling client requirements and resolving operational issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance, interpreting data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team leadership capabilities, including supervising staff, managing resources, and promoting a safety- and quality-focused culture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; relevant postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations, preferably in time-critical or high-security services.
- Comfort with using basic IT tools and logistics systems for tracking, reporting, and documentation.
