Odoo Techno-Functional Lead (7+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Lead with 7+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Odoo ERP. This role is ideal for a technically strong professional who can lead development teams, design scalable ERP solutions, and drive successful Odoo implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Odoo ERP development, customization, and implementation projects.
- Design scalable and maintainable technical solutions based on business requirements.
- Mentor and manage a team of Odoo developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding best practices.
- Develop custom Odoo modules and enhance existing applications.
- Manage Odoo deployments, migrations, upgrades, and database optimization.
- Build and maintain third-party integrations using APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Functional Consultants, QA, DevOps, and Project Managers.
- Ensure application performance, security,



scalability, and reliability.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on Odoo expertise
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, and Odoo Framework
- Experience with multiple Odoo versions, migrations, and upgrades
- Experience with Odoo.sh and on-premise deployments
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Expertise in solution architecture and performance optimization
- Knowledge of Odoo security, access rights, and database optimization
- Experience with Git, version control, and release management
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams
