A product-minded Salesforce developer with experience building enterprise applications from scratch, integrating complex ecosystems, and leveraging AI to deliver scalable Customer Success and Service Cloud solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud Developer to design, build, and support scalable Customer Success solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, integrations, and AI-powered solutions, with experience building products from the ground up rather than only enhancing existing platforms. You will play a key role in developing enterprise applications that streamline post-sales operations and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and Lightning Experience.

Build custom Salesforce applications, UI components, workflows, and business automations from the ground up.

Develop integrations with Salesforce and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware.

Build data integrations to consolidate information from Salesforce and external systems for Customer Success applications.

Integrate Salesforce with CTI/contact center platforms such as Genesys, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Five9, or Amazon Connect.





Develop integrations with Slack and other enterprise collaboration platforms.

Leverage Salesforce AI, Agentforce, and Agentic AI capabilities to build intelligent customer service experiences.

Support CI/CD deployments, production releases, and ongoing platform enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Robust expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and Flows.

Proven experience designing and building enterprise applications from the ground up, not just enhancing existing systems.

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JSON/XML, and middleware.

Experience building Customer Success solutions by integrating data from Salesforce and external systems.

Hands-on experience with AI Agentic solutions, including efficient token management and AI-driven workflows.

Experience integrating Salesforce with Slack and other enterprise applications.

Experience integrating Salesforce with contact center platforms (Genesys, Talkdesk, RingCentral, Five9, Amazon Connect, etc.).

Experience with Open CTI, Omni-Channel, Service Console, Agile development, Git, Jenkins, AutoRABIT, and CI/CD pipelines.
