Key Responsibilities

- Provide functional and technical support for SAP GTS applications.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.
- Perform SAP GTS configuration changes and implement system enhancements.
- Support integrations between SAP GTS, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
- Monitor and resolve interface-related issues involving IDocs, RFCs, APIs, and middleware.
- Support global trade compliance processes including: Customs Management
- Export Control
- Compliance Management
- Sanctioned Party Screening (SPL)
- Embargo Checks
- Implement legal and regulatory updates related to international trade.
- Support reports, forms, workflows, master data, and file processing.
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring production issues and recommend permanent solutions.
- Perform testing for system changes, enhancements, SAP Notes, and upgrades.




- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide end-user training when required.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, SAP support teams, and external vendors.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support recent business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP GTS.
- Strong experience with SAP GTS integrated with SAP S/4HANA.
- Good understanding of global trade compliance and customs processes.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
- Knowledge of SAP GTS modules such as: Compliance Management
- Customs Management
- Export Control
- Sanctioned Party Screening
- Embargo Checks
- Experience with SAP integrations using IDocs, RFCs, APIs, or middleware.
- Understanding of SAP transport management and change management processes.
- Experience in system testing, UAT support, and documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP RISE and SAP S/4HANA 2025.
- Exposure to SAP Solution Manager, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of ABAP debugging or technical troubleshooting (preferred).
- Experience supporting multinational organizations with global trade operations.
- SAP GTS Certification is a plus.
