At Being Ingenious Media Pvt. Ltd., we're looking for a passionate and creative Social Media & Brand Communication Executive to join our growing team.

If you're someone who understands how brands communicate on social media, enjoys creating content strategies, and loves turning ideas into engaging campaigns, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

- Planning and executing social media strategies for multiple brands
- Developing monthly content and posting calendars
- Creating campaign concepts and content ideas that drive engagement
- Writing content briefs, captions, and creative direction for designers and video editors
- Managing brand communication across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Monitoring page performance and suggesting improvements based on insights
- Collaborating with creative, marketing, and performance teams to execute campaigns
- Attending client meetings and understanding their marketing objectives
- Staying updated with social media trends,



platform updates, and emerging content formats

We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Is currently based in Gurugram
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understands social media trends and brand communication
- Can independently plan content, campaigns, and posting strategies
- Is creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas
- Is willing to take ownership and work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Is hardworking and ready to go the extra mile whenever project deadlines require additional effort
- Is comfortable traveling within or outside Gurugram for client meetings, content shoots, and campaign discussions
