Content Strategist
Xpresso is looking for a Content Strategist who understands that content is not just captions. It's positioning, structure, messaging and intent.
This role is for someone who can see the bigger picture, connect brands to business goals and build content systems that perform.

About the Role
We're looking for a Content Strategist with 4–7 years of agency experience who can lead brand narratives across platforms.
You'll be responsible for shaping how brands speak, what they say and why they say it. From campaign messaging and content calendars to scripts and long-form assets, you should be able to turn strategy into sharp, outcome-driven communication. This is an onsite role based in Calicut.

What You'll Do





- Develop content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
- Define tone of voice and messaging frameworks
- Plan and structure monthly content calendars
- Write and oversee high-quality copy across digital platforms
- Work closely with designers, performance marketers and clients
- Analyse content performance and refine strategy accordingly

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in an Advertising Agency
- Strong strategic thinking and brand understanding
- Excellent proficiency in English and Malayalam
- Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines
- In office availability in Calicut
