Role Description The Account Representative at BETA will manage client relationships, serve as a primary point of contact, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries, addressing service issues, coordinating with internal teams, and tracking account performance. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, identifying opportunities to expand services, and providing basic training or product guidance to clients. The Account Representative will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare reports,



and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery. This is a full-time, in office role based in Tiruvallur.
Qualifications

- Strong Account Management skills, including relationship building and ongoing account oversight.
- Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and client satisfaction.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Sales skills, including basic lead follow-up, opportunity identification, and support for sales campaigns.
- Ability to deliver Training and guidance to customers on services and solutions as needed.
- Relevant experience in IT services, technology, or a related industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with CRM or account management tools and basic office software.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
