- 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in Payroll, HR Operations, and Statutory Compliance.
- Process end-to-end monthly payroll, including Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
- Maintain employee records, payroll data, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, attendance, leave, and statutory deductions.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and culture-building activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; hands-on experience with Keka HRMS will be an added advantage.
