About The Role

ATMS & CO LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with 2–4 years of experience working exclusively in a CA firm. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with Tally, and advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain bank updates.
- Pass journal entries in Tally.
- Process and manage online payments.
- Maintain and monitor cost centers.
- Assist in account finalization.
- Prepare MIS reports and accounting schedules.
- Use advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial record maintenance.

Required Skills





- 2–4 years of experience as an Accountant in a CA firm (mandatory).
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally.
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation and account finalization.
- Good understanding of cost center accounting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, INDEX-MATCH, etc.).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
