About Effora

Effora is building India's next premium beauty technology brand. We are hiring a Product Designer

who sees design as a business tool—improving user experience, increasing conversions and

strengthening brand perception.

This role combines UI/UX, CRO, Brand Design and Content.

What You'll Own

Product & Website Experience

• Design intuitive, high-converting website experiences.

• Improve customer journeys through UX research, wireframes and prototypes.

• Continuously optimize user flows and conversion rates.

Design Landing Pages + CRO

• Design landing pages and PDPs that convert.

• Improve checkout flows, navigation and customer journeys.

• Execute A/B testing with data-driven iterations.

Brand & Visual Design

• Own visual assets across website, campaigns, product launches, packaging, emailers,

marketplaces and performance marketing.

• Maintain a premium and consistent brand identity.

Social Media & Content

• Design creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Stories, Carousels and launches.

• Collaborate closely with Content & Growth teams.





Video Editing

• Edit Reels, short-form videos and ad creatives.

• Create simple motion graphics and product storytelling videos.

Design Systems

• Build scalable design systems, templates and brand guidelines.

Who We're Looking For

• 2–3 years as a Product/UI-UX Designer in a D2C, Ecommerce or Consumer Brand.

• Robust UI/UX fundamentals with hands-on CRO experience.

• Experience designing Shopify or Ecommerce experiences.

• Expert in Figma; proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro (or similar).

• Strong understanding of typography, layouts and premium visual aesthetics.

• Experience creating social media creatives and performance marketing assets.

• Familiarity with analytics tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.

• Comfortable working directly with founders and cross-functional teams.
