IICCI is Hiring | Client Outreach & Counselling

The Indo-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IICCI) is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and communicative professional to join our team in Mumbai.

This shared role will serve as the frontline point of contact for IICCI's Italian Language Department and Minerva EduHub, supporting prospective students and clients interested in Italian language learning and higher education opportunities in Italy.

Key responsibilities include:

• Making outbound calls to prospective students and clients

• Providing initial information on online Italian language courses

• Conducting primary outreach and counselling for partner universities in Italy

• Qualifying leads for Bachelor's, Master's and Professional Diploma programmes

• Managing follow-ups and maintaining accurate CRM records





• Coordinating with internal teams and referring qualified candidates for further admissions support

What we're looking for:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with digital tools and computer applications

Ability to manage data accurately and follow established processes

Nice to have: Experience in customer service, telecalling, educational counselling, appointment setting, CRM systems or overseas student recruitment.

Location: Mumbai, India | In office
