TATTI is seeking enthusiastic and passionate teaching professionals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are eager to mentor students and deliver industry-relevant education in finance, commerce, financial technology, artificial intelligence and programming.

Position:Teaching Staff
Experience: 0–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Thanjavur

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging classroom lectures and practical lab sessions.

- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessment tools.

- Conduct internal assessments, assignments and examinations.

- Mentor and guide students in academics and career development.

- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars and industry interaction programs.

- Maintain academic records and comply with institutional policies.

- Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA (Finance), M.Sc. (Data Science/AI), MCA, or a related discipline.





- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of teaching or industry experience are encouraged to apply.

- Knowledge of Finance, Commerce, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence and Python programming.

- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for teaching and student mentoring.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with AI tools and financial technologies.

- Ability to conduct practical Python lab sessions.

- Basic understanding of digital finance, blockchain, data analytics, or machine learning is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
