Location: Delhi NCR? Department: Finance & Accounts? ? Reporting To: Director / CFOSalary - Rs 20.00 Lacs Key Responsibilities✔️ Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team✔️ Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements✔️ Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets & Bank Reconciliation✔️ Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, etc.✔️ Coordinate with statutory, internal & tax auditors and regulatory authorities✔️ Prepare budgets, financial forecasts & cash flow projections✔️ Monitor working capital, fund utilization & profitability analysis✔️ Generate MIS reports and financial analysis for management decision-making✔️ Implement internal financial controls and accounting policies✔️ Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax and other statutory regulations✔️ Liaise with banks for working capital, term loans and banking documentation✔️ Support ERP implementation and process improvement initiatives✔️ Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies✔️ Mentor and develop the Finance teamQualifications✅ Chartered Accountant (CA)



– Mandatory✅ 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts✅ Experience in Manufacturing or Garment Export Industry preferred✅ Solid knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, Companies Act & Financial Reporting✅ Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar) and Advanced MS ExcelKey Skills* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)* Budgeting & Forecasting* Finalization of Accounts* Taxation & Statutory Compliance* Audit Management* Cost Accounting & Cost Control* Cash Flow Management* MIS & Financial Reporting* Internal Controls & Risk Management* Leadership & Team Management* ERP Systems* Advanced Microsoft ExcelPreferred Competencies* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication and stakeholder management* High level of integrity and confidentiality* Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines* Strategic thinking with strong business acumen?
