Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the hostel.Supervise and manage the hostel, ensuring the safety, security, discipline, and well-being of all residents.Ensure compliance with hostel rules, regulations, and institutional policies.Maintain discipline and resolve resident grievances promptly and fairly.Monitor hostel attendance, visitor records, and room occupancy.Coordinate room allocation, admissions, and check-in/check-out processes.Conduct regular inspections of hostel rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff for smooth hostel operations.Respond promptly to emergencies and take appropriate action when required.Maintain hostel records, incident reports,



and inventory.Organize resident meetings and promote a positive living environment.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire safety regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).Previous experience in hostel, residential facility, or student accommodation management is preferred.Robust leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle emergencies and resolve conflicts effectively.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and record management).
