This is a key role combining student counselling with university relationship management and business development. The successful candidate will guide students through the admissions process, establish institutional partnerships, and contribute directly to the organisation's growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students and parents on higher-education opportunities in India and abroad, advising on suitable universities, courses, and career pathwaysManage the complete admissions process — from initial enquiry through documentation, application submission, and offerRespond to enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-ins, and convert them into confirmed admissionsApproach universities and admission partners to establish relationships and formalise MOUs and aggregator partnershipsRepresent EduGateGulf at education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional eventsSupport business development, digital marketing,



and lead-generation activitiesMaintain accurate student records and pipeline data within the CRMAchieve monthly counselling, conversion, and admission targetsRequirementsBachelor's degree (Master's preferred)2–5 years of experience in study-abroad and Indian university admissionsExcellent English communication skillsStrong counselling, sales, and interpersonal skillsSound knowledge of admission procedures, visa processes, and higher-education systemsProficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsA proactive, self-motivated approach suited to a energetic, growth-oriented environmentPreferred ExperienceCounselling for MBBS, Engineering, Management, and other professional courses in India, and for study destinations including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Malaysia.
