The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue recent business opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of leads, and follow up on inquiries from potential clients. Responsibilities include meeting prospective customers, presenting Painting Drive’s service offerings, preparing quotations, and negotiating and closing deals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, coordinating with operations and project teams,



and providing regular sales reporting and market feedback to management. The Executive will be expected to meet sales targets, represent the brand professionally, and support local marketing and promotional activities.Qualifications Ability to drive New Business Development and effectively manage Lead Generation activities.Strong understanding of Business growth, sales processes, and customer acquisition in service-based industries.Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiation.Experience in Account Management, including maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Prior experience in sales or business development, preferably in painting, interior, construction, or related services.Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai, with willingness to travel locally for client meetings.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads and projects.Proficiency in basic office software (e.G., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and reporting.Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
