Candidate with 15-17 years of sales experience into General Trade preferably from FMCG.The role will involve:Managing end-to-end retail operations of 12 to15 stores within the assigned circle.Drive performance across four key pillars: People, Business, Process and Compliance.Analyze business data, identify performance gaps and implement improvement opportunities.Review manpower forecasting across storesConduct mid-term reviews, performance discussions and appraisal processes for the assigned circle.Ensure strict adherence to all operational processes related to people, product, cash, inventory and assets.Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit standards across stores and the regional office.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, Maintenance, Commercial and Supply Chain.Lead, coach,
