We’re hiring: Senior Business Development Manager, Mobile In-App, Web, DSP, OEMSkylup is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to develop and scale our non-incent performance marketing activity.We already work with major advertisers and publishers across the mobile and digital advertising ecosystem. We need someone who can manage these existing partnerships properly, strengthen and grow them, and also bring their own network of advertisers, publishers, agencies, and industry partners.We’re looking for someone who can independently generate business, build strong partnerships, manage campaigns from start to finish, and take full ownership of their accounts and results.Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing our existing advertiser and publisher partnerships
- Bringing new advertisers, publishers, agencies, and traffic partners from your own network
- Growing mobile in-app, web, DSP, OEM, and performance marketing opportunities
- Managing relationships with advertisers, agencies, app developers, media buyers, and traffic partners
- Negotiating campaign conditions, pricing, KPIs, and budgets
- Launching, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns
- Identifying new revenue opportunities and market trends




- Taking full ownership of your accounts, communication, follow-ups, and results
- Working closely with the Skylup team to scale profitable activityWe’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, DSP, OEM, or programmatic advertising
- Already has an active network of advertisers, publishers, agencies, or industry partners
- Is capable of properly managing large and key business relationships
- Understands campaign performance, tracking, optimization, fraud, and profitability
- Is proactive, commercial, independent, and focused on results
- Can build long-term relationships and convert opportunities into revenue
