This is a floor-first role for someone who has scaled and run multi-location consumer-services or retail businesses — spa/salon/clinic experience is welcome but **not required*.Key Responsibilities- Own complete P&L; for assigned outlets — revenue, cost control, [EBITDA]margin,- Drive revenue via *membership/subscription sales, renewals, upsell, cross-sell* and footfall-to-conversion- Improve core retail metrics — *staff productivity, utilisation/occupancy, retention, *- Enforce *SOPs, service protocols, hygiene, guest safety, quality benchmarks*- Track *[NPS]()* and mystery audits; own the guest experience- Recruit, train, mentor and manage floor + front-office teams; control *attrition*- Run operations across formats — *airport, hotel, mall, high-street*- Manage *inventory, retail products, procurement, shrinkage*- Ensure *statutory, lease,
