We're looking for a mid-level architect who wants to own their projects, not just execute tasks handed down to them. At Rubix, mid-level means end-to-end. You'll carry a project from the first site visit through to the final punch list, and everything in between:- Site measurements and existing condition drawings- Design development and presentation drawings- Execution drawings and site instruction sheets- Coordinating with vendors, consultants, and contractors through the buildFor this to work well, you'll need to be based in Mumbai, comfortable in AutoCAD and SketchUp, and able to put together a clear document or presentation in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferably two to three years of hands-on experience in architecture or interiors. And more than any of that, we're looking for someone who follows through, shows up on site when it matters,



and can hold a project together without needing to be chased.Rubix is a small architecture and interiors studio in Mumbai. We work across residential, hospitality, retail, and corporate projects, and we spend a lot of time understanding how people actually live and work before we start designing. We're a team of eight, which means you'll have real ownership over your projects and real access to the founders.
