The role involves monitoring application performance, resolving user issues, troubleshooting database-related problems, and supporting production environments. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX. Typical APEX support roles emphasize incident resolution, SQL/PLSQL troubleshooting, documentation, and SLA-driven production support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1/Level 2 support for Oracle APEX applications.Monitor production applications and resolve incidents within SLA.Troubleshoot application, database, and user access issues.Analyze SQL and PL/SQL code to identify and fix issues.Assist in application deployments and post-release validation.Create and manage incident tickets using ServiceNow, Jira,



or similar tools.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.Monitor application logs and database performance.Support data fixes and minor application enhancements.Work with development teams to resolve defects.Prepare user documentation and knowledge base articles.Participate in application testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
