The role involves identifying and engaging prospective learners, explaining program offerings, and guiding them through the enrollment process. The specialist will manage sales activities, follow up on leads, maintain relationships with existing participants, and support customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns promptly. The position also includes coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, assisting with promotional events,
