About the Role : We are looking for a motivated Foundry Engineer to oversee and improve foundry operations, ensuring high-quality casting production, process efficiency, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Our ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in foundry processes with solid technical knowledge of metallurgy, molding, melting, and casting operations. Experience in centrifugal casting will be considered a strong advantage.Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day foundry operations including melting, molding, pouring, and finishing processesMonitor and control process parameters to ensure consistent casting qualityTroubleshoot casting defects such as shrinkage, porosity, cracks, and inclusionsImplement process improvements to reduce rejection rate and increase productivityEnsure compliance with safety, environmental,



and quality standardsCoordinate with production, quality control, and maintenance teamsMaintain process documentation and production reportsAssist in developing new casting processes and product developmentOptimize raw material usage and control production costsRequirements: & Skills :Minimum 5 years of experience in foundry operationsStrong understanding of metallurgy and casting processesKnowledge of moulding materials, and furnace operations along with Melting of Non Ferrous Copper and AlloyExperience in quality inspection techniques and defect analysisFamiliarity with centrifugal casting processes (preferred/added advantage)
