What You'll DoThis is a build-from-zero role. In your first year, you will focus on two functions where we feel the gaps most:Customer Experience operations
- Design the processes and playbooks behind our CX team — onboarding, integration tracking, renewals, escalations — so quality doesn't depend on individual heroics.
- Stand up customer-health visibility: account status, integration milestones, risks and blockers, in a system rather than in people's heads.
- Define coverage protocols so a team member taking leave never creates a gap.Partner operations & enablement
- Build a repeatable partner motion: enablement decks, onboarding kits, sandbox access, cadences (learning lunches, webinars, QBRs) and a explicit engagement rhythm.
- Create partner-contribution reporting — leads, conversions, attributed revenue — so we know what the partnership strategy is actually delivering.
- Partner closely with our regional partnerships lead; you own the operating system, they own the relationships.Across both — and increasingly, the whole company
- Run the operating rhythm: weekly and bi-weekly reviews, goals, gap-to-goal tracking, and the follow-through that makes them real.
- Become the single point of visibility for the founder — so he speaks to one person for an update, not ten.

pipeline predictability, churn, runway — running the business like an investor-grade company even though we're bootstrapped. For the right person, the path leads toward a Chief Operating Officer mandate as the founder takes on more of the external, market-facing work.Who you are
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS, with real exposure to Customer Experience, Customer Success, or partner/revenue operations.
- You've built processes from scratch — you know what 'good' looks like in SaaS and can show others, not just tell them.
- You lead with empathy and earn trust quick, especially with people who are senior in tenure but still growing into leadership.
- You thrive on ambiguity, move fast with imperfect data, and make things visibly better every week.
- You genuinely care about the product and the 'why' — this isn't just another job for you.
- Fluent, hands-on user of AI tools (Claude and similar) to do real work and automate, not just draft emails.
- Comfortable travelling periodically to meet customers and employees across our regions.Who you're probably not A pure management consultant or large-firm generalist who hasn't operated inside a SaaS company.
