We are looking for an experienced and student-focused Senior Study Abroad Counsellor to guide prospective students through their international education journey, with a primary focus on UK, USA, and Germany. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of admissions, visa processes, and university selection while delivering an exceptional counselling experience.Key Responsibilities· Provide expert counselling to students aspiring to pursue higher education in the UK, USA, and Germany, while supporting other study destinations as needed.· Conduct detailed student profile evaluations and recommend suitable universities, courses, and career pathways.· Guide students through the entire admissions process, including applications, documentation, SOP review, and offer management.· Support students with visa planning, documentation, and application processes.· Stay up to date with university admission requirements, scholarship opportunities, and immigration regulations.· Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and partner institutions.· Conduct counselling sessions, webinars, seminars,



and outreach activities to drive student engagement.· Monitor conversion rates and work towards assigned enrolment targets.· Mentor and support junior counsellors as needed.· Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up with students throughout the application cycle.What We're Looking For· 5+ years of study abroad counselling experience.· Proven experience counselling students for UK, USA, and Germany destinations.· Strong understanding of admissions processes, visa regulations, and application requirements for these countries.· Demonstrated success in student conversion and enrolment outcomes.· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.· Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with students and families.· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.· Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.· ICEF ITAC, British Council, QEAC, or other recognized international education certifications is preferred.· Experience working with international universities and recruitment partners.· Knowledge of scholarship opportunities and education financing options for international students.Your ImpactYou will play a critical role in helping students make informed decisions about their future and successfully secure admissions to leading universities across the UK, USA, and Germany.What We Offer· Competitive compensation and performance incentives· Career growth and leadership opportunities· Collaborative and supportive work environment· Training and professional development opportunities· Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' livesHow to ApplySend your resume to [email protected] or apply via LinkedIn.
