The Intern will work under the supervision of our experienced lawyer to provide legal support for our organization.What will be your key responsibilities?Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of legal issues especially related tomid-complexity contracts (e.G. SAAS contracts, MSA, SOW, Amendments and Change Orders, etc.)Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, such as contracts and briefsAttend meetings with clients and take notesPerform administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing documentsAssist in investment transactions for startups and investors in the ecosystem, from overseeing the drafting,
and vetting to negotiating transaction documentsAssist in managing compliance & legal functionsAssist on a broad variety of matters from complex matters to routine standard matters: company law, data protection, commercial contracts, foreign investments, acquisitions & investment exitsWhat are the key requirements for the role?Currently enrolled in a law schoolThe Intern should be available for a full-time (in-office) internshipThe tenure for the internship is 3 months, after which the intern will be converted to an Associate role, subject to performance evaluationAbility and willingness to work in a quick-paced environmentSolution-orientedExcellent communication skillsProficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AI tools
