JJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Post Production to manage and optimize post-production operations at our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in manufacturing processes, packaging, inventory management, quality systems, and production planning within the agrochemical, chemical, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute post-production activities to meet production and sales targets.Manage packaging, labeling, and finished goods operations.Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and EHS guidelines.Monitor and optimize semi-finished and finished goods inventory.Track and improve production KPIs, including OEE, utility consumption, and manpower utilization.Drive process improvement initiatives through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma,



and 5S.Ensure accurate ERP/SAP transactions and production documentation.Coordinate with Fermentation, QA, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth operations.Lead, mentor, and manage the post-production team to achieve operational excellence.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of manufacturing and post-production processes.Experience in packaging, inventory management, and quality control.Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of ISO standards, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and OEE.Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Preferred IndustryAgrochemicalChemicalFMCGPharmaceutical Manufacturing
