We are seeking a seasoned leader to build and lead the Tech Strategy & Enablement (TS&E;) organization at our India Center.This leadership role will provide strategic direction and oversight for a growing organization supporting enterprise technology capabilities across the company. The leader will partner closely with U.S.-based CIO and senior IT leadership to align on priorities, operating models, and delivery outcomes, while establishing a strong, scalable foundation in India to support long-term growth.The role requires a strong combination of enterprise leadership, technology strategy, operational excellence, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will drive alignment across teams, enable consistent execution, and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership and Technology DeliveryPartner closely with TS&E; leaders to align on technology priorities and enable adoption in IndiaProvide strategic oversight and leadership across a broad portfolio of enterprise technology capabilities supported by TS&EEstablish; and evolve operating models to enable consistent, scalable, and high-quality delivery across the organizationDrive alignment across teams to ensure transparency, predictability, and delivery against business objectives enabling adoption of enterprise metricsChampion innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of modern engineering and delivery practices in everything we doEnsure effective leadership across platforms owned by TS&E; (Elle, Rally, Apptio, Clarity)Organizational Leadership and Capability Build Build and lead a high-performing organization in India, with focus on long-term capability development and scalabilityAttract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration,
and inclusionDevelop leadership bench strength and succession pipelines within the organization across platforms and delivery capabilitiesServe as a liaison between India and US to cross pollinate best practices across Agile Execution, Learning & Development, Innovation and lean governanceFoster strong partnerships with India and US stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities and alignment on delivery outcomesInfluence decision-making through data-driven insights and effective executive communicationEnable collaboration across teams and geographies to drive consistent executionOperational Excellence Establish strong governance frameworks to ensure alignment to enterprise standards, financial controls, and delivery expectations in alignment to TS&E; Lean governance pillarDrive operational rigor through effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of delivery performance, risks, and outcomes in an AI Enabled/augmented environmentOversee the management of platforms ensuring reliability, resilience, and continuous improvement building an AI first mindset in the engineering teamProvide regular insights and report to senior leadership on progress against strategic objectivesRequired Skills & Experience 14-16 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a large-scale, matrixed global organizationProven experience leading large, multi-disciplinary technology organizationsStrong background in enterprise technology delivery and operating model designDemonstrated ability to drive organizational transformation and lead change at scaleDeep understanding of software development lifecycle, up-to-date engineering practices, and enterprise technology environmentsExperience building and scaling high-performing teams in a Global Capability Center modelExceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
