You will be responsible for driving key initiatives in performance management, change management, and succession planning to develop a high-performing workforce. You will manage complex employee relations matters and champion workplace programs that enhance employee engagement, growth, and continuous innovation. This is a hands-on yet high-impact role that requires balancing operational excellence with proactive planning to improve organizational effectiveness across all assigned business units. You will be a trusted HR advisor to senior functional leaders, guiding key decisions on organizational design, workforce capabilities, and talent retention.Responsibilities:Strategic Business PartneringAct as a dependable advisor to senior functional leaders, utilizing data-driven insights to influence talent, capability, and retention decisions.Develop and implement localized people plans that align with broader business objectives,
focusing on capability building and leadership effectiveness.Address complex business concerns and unforeseen operational issues, ensuring resolutions comply with company policy and legal frameworks.Organizational Design & Change ManagementCollaborate with business heads on organizational design, structural realignment, and scale-up initiatives to support business transformation.Execute change management frameworks that smoothly integrate new teams, aligning people, processes, and culture.Culture & HR TransformationChampion an inclusive, high-engagement workplace by embedding core corporate values into everyday talent practices.Support the transition toward future-ready HR operating models by driving business-unit adoption of digital HR tools, analytics, and self-service platforms.Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement initiatives at both site and organizational levels.Talent & Performance ManagementManage the end-to-end performance management cycle, guiding leaders through goal setting, transparent feedback, and targeted performance interventions.Partner with Talent Acquisition to align hiring pipelines with business growth, proactively identifying critical roles and executing risk-mitigation plans for flight risks.Employee RelationsOversee critical compliance and employee relations workflows, including complex investigations, grievance handling,
and exit management.Act as the primary escalation point on sensitive employee matters, balancing employee welfare with business risks.Team Leadership & DevelopmentManage, mentor, and guide a dedicated People Business Partner, supporting their day-to-day operations and career progression.Cultivate a relationship rooted in absolute ownership, consistent two-way feedback, and agile execution.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.8-10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering.Strong stakeholder management, with a proven ability to influence senior business leaders and manage complex conflict resolutions.Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect business objectives to practical HR priorities and action plans.A demonstrated track record of successfully navigating and driving impactful outcomes within complex, matrixed global structures.Proficient with enterprise HRIS systems (Workday or similar), fluency in employee engagement analytics and predictive talent metrics.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance day-to-day operations with proactive HR planning.Required SkillsStrong stakeholder management.Proven ability to influence senior business leaders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred SkillsMaster's degree or relevant HR certification.Proficient with enterprise HRIS systems (Workday or similar).Pay range and compensation packageComprehensive advantages package for all eligible full-time employees.Equal Opportunity StatementExemplar Luxury Group is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
