Work closely with Senior leaders and drive activities to successful completionHave experience leading and directly supervising 5-10 peopleExperience in preparing reports, conduct analysis and present to various stakeholdersExcellent Negotiation and Conflict Management skillsGood Customer Service skillsAbility to work under pressure and extended hours during Crisis eventsQualificationsMaster’s degree.10+ years in ITES industry with 7+ years in IT DR and Risk Management.Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk reporting standards.Hands-on experience in DR planning, cyber incident response, and compliance audits.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.Preferred CertificationsISO 27001,ISO 22301.
