The recruiter will manage the bench of available IT consultants, identify suitable opportunities with US clients and staffing partners, and aggressively market consultants through calls, emails, and professional networks. Daily responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying requirements, aligning profiles with job openings, negotiating rates, and coordinating interviews and onboarding. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with consultants and clients, tracking placements and pipelines,



updating recruitment databases, and collaborating with the internal team to meet sales and placement targets while adhering to compliance and documentation standards.QualificationsStrong Full-life Cycle Recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting for a variety of US IT roles and technologies.Demonstrated experience in Recruiting and Hiring within US staffing or bench sales environments.Knowledge of US recruitment practices, including tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations, and time zones.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and consultant relationships.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.Ability to work in a fast-paced sales-focused environment, meet targets, and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; 2 years of prior experience in US IT bench sales or US staffing is highly preferred.
