It becomes easier if you are sensitive to how your work impacts others.The role of a Learning Coordinator involves:End-to-end management of program logistics.Assisting in maintaining the MIS.Supporting the SMEs and other team members deliveries for flawless execution of the learning design.Logistics Management.Creating and managing all the required documents of all the learning programs.Interacting with internal stakeholders and vendorsMaintaining the logistics stock.Supporting Learning Partners in Data Analysis and Report Generations as per the learning programs.This role can be fun and meaningful if you are:Being proactiveMeeting timelinesBe process orientedEffective CommunicationMulti-taskingWorking with data on Excel and making reports on MS WordWe are looking for:Graduates from the Psychology or Arts background or HR / L&D; professionals with 0 to 2 years of experience can apply.Based out of Pune only.
