It is our ambition to substantially grow our business internationally over the coming years.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a SOC (Security Operations Centre) & Compliance Analyst with 4+ years of experience in Security Operations and Compliance. The role will focus on security monitoring, detection engineering, incident investigation, SIEM management, and support for ISO and GRC initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor, triage,and investigate security alerts and incidents. Develop, tune, and maintain SIEM detection rules and use cases. Improve detection coverage and reduce false positives. Support incidentresponse and threat hunting activities. Assist with ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 audits and compliance activities. Support GRC processes, risk assessments, and control reviews. Maintain security documentation, procedures, and audit evidence.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE 4+ years in SOC,Security Operations, or Cybersecurity. Experience with SIEM platforms (e.G., Sumo Logic, Sentinel, Splunk). Hands-on experience with:



o Detection Engineeringo Rule Creation & Tuningo Security Monitoring & Alert Triageo Incident Responseo Threat Hunting Experience supporting: o ISO 27001o ISO 9001o GRC and audit activities Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK; and security best practices.PREFERRED Experiencewith Microsoft Defender. PowerShellor scripting experience.
