Drive business growth, deliver exceptional customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with OEM standards.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve targets for vehicle sales, service, parts, accessories, finance, and insurance.Drive branch profitability through effective cost, inventory, and financial management.Lead sales and workshop operations to improve productivity, revenue, and service quality.Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI/NPS)



and timely resolution of customer complaints.Manage and develop cross-functional teams across Sales, Service, Parts, CRM, and Administration.Drive local marketing, corporate sales, and customer retention initiatives.Ensure availability of spare parts and effective inventory management.Ensure compliance with OEM standards, statutory regulations, safety norms, and audits.Review branch performance through MIS and implement corrective actions.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or related field.MBA (Marketing/Operations) preferred.Experience5–7 years in the automobile dealership industry.Minimum 3 years in a leadership role managing Sales and After-Sales operations.Passenger vehicle dealership experience preferred.
