Dice and other platforms.Manage candidates efficiently using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Expertise in technical roles, IT skills, and industry trends.Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to ensure ongoing success.Meet hiring goals and deadlines while maintaining excellent candidate experience.Experience/Requirements5+ years of US IT recruitment experience with a strong track record of success.Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and managing client requirements.Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Solid understanding of technical terminologies and IT roles.Bachelors in Engineering or Business degree.Ability to work hybrid in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
