About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and agile General Manager – Clinic Operations to lead the operations of a growing multispecialty clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the clinic into a professionally managed, corporate-style healthcare facility and establishing systems that can be replicated as we expand into multiple locations.Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all departments.- Coordinate schedules and operations for visiting consultants and specialist doctors.- Recruit, train, and supervise administrative and clinical support staff.- Ensure an excellent patient experience from registration to discharge.- Oversee billing, inventory, procurement, vendor management, and facility maintenance.- Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, patient satisfaction,



and financial performance.- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.- Implement and optimize Clinic/Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).- Work closely with the clinic owner to develop a scalable operational model for future branches.Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospital Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in a multispecialty clinic or hospital.- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating specialist consultants.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency in healthcare software, reporting, and operational planning.Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in established healthcare organizations, multispecialty hospitals, or clinic chains will be preferred.Location: Mira Road Head Office
