We are looking for investors who can independently develop differentiated insights, challenge consensus thinking, and generate high-conviction investment ideas.The RoleAs a Senior Investment Analyst, you will be responsible for originating, researching, and monitoring investment ideas across sectors. You will be expected to build your own investment views, defend them with rigorous analysis, and contribute meaningfully to portfolio construction.The role offers significant autonomy and is suited to individuals who enjoy solving difficult investment problems rather than following consensus.Key ResponsibilitiesIndependently identify high-quality investment opportunities across listed equities.Conduct deep fundamental research including business quality, industry structure, competitive positioning, management assessment, capital allocation,



and valuation.Build detailed financial models and perform scenario analysis.Develop differentiated investment theses based on primary and secondary research.Challenge prevailing market narratives and identify situations where consensus expectations are materially wrong.Present investment recommendations with clear risk-reward analysis.Continuously monitor portfolio companies and update investment views as recent information emerges.Engage with management teams, industry experts, customers, suppliers, and channel partners where appropriate.Contribute actively to investment debates and portfolio discussions.Who We Are Looking ForWe are seeking exceptional investors rather than exceptional researchers.The ideal candidate will have:7–15 years of experience in public equity investing or buy-side equity research.An outstanding academic record from leading institutions.Demonstrated ability to independently generate investment ideas rather than primarily supporting senior portfolio managers.Strong analytical and valuation skills.A genuine passion for investing and capital allocation.Intellectual curiosity and the ability to connect seemingly unrelated information into differentiated insights.High conviction combined with intellectual honesty and the willingness to change one’s mind when facts change.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A strong work ethic and an ownership mindset.
