The factory and registered office are located in Basni 2nd Phase, Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India.Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot. The Specialist will identify and engage potential customers in the textile sector, manage existing client relationships, and promote DMK Ventures’ product range through in-person meetings, calls, and digital channels. Daily responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations, collecting and analyzing market intelligence, and supporting pricing and negotiation activities to drive sales growth.



The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, assisting in developing sales materials, and tracking performance metrics to optimize outreach. The Specialist will collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure customer orders, delivery schedules, and quality expectations are met.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with textile mills, processing houses, and internal teams.Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, manage pipelines, and support revenue targets.Candidates should possess Training capabilities to educate customers and team members on product features, application methods, and best practices.Experience in textile chemicals, printing thickeners, or related industrial products is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, travel to customer locations as needed, and manage time independently.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Textile Technology, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, spreadsheets, presentations) and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
