We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow strategic client accounts. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions while driving long-term partnerships, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.Work Location - Mumbai (lower parel)5days - WFOKey ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain robust, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact.Understand customers' business goals, challenges, and product usage to deliver strategic, value-driven solutions.Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio and effectively communicate its value proposition.Drive customer success by ensuring high product adoption, engagement, and overall satisfaction.Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling of relevant solutions.Own the renewal lifecycle,



driving customer retention and fostering long-term partnerships.Proactively resolve client queries and escalations by working closely with cross-functional teams.Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and market insights to support product and service improvements.Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.Travel regularly to meet clients, strengthen relationships, understand product adoption, and uncover new business opportunities.Preferred Qualifications3–8 years of experience in Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Relationship Management.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Experience managing enterprise or B2B clients with a consultative approach.Proven ability to drive customer retention, account growth, renewals, and cross-functional collaboration.Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings.
