- The person should be process oriented, specific to quality and quantity of work handled and should be a master in all work flows. (Billing, Cash App & Collection)Should also have the ability to train, retrain Billing Associates to help them meet required standards.Resolves issues, discrepancies and operational challenges directly with the stakeholder.
- To complete the billing, Cash App work request within 24 hrs / agreed time lines for bulk work requestPrimary ResponsibilitiesThe person will be responsible for process documentation, update and ensure all in the team have understood.Other duties when assignedExperience & QualificationsBachelor degree (preferably in commerce) with 4-6 years of experience in Billing,



Cash Application & CollectionWilling to work in Night shiftKnowledge about billing cycleSAP Knowledge -Cash AppKnowledge about Dunning flow & Customer follow upKnowledge about Intercompany ProcessUnderstanding of accounting and finance principlesStrong business partnering and interpersonal skillsOrganized, adaptable and easily adaptable to changing conditionsAbility to work well in high pressure situations in order to meet deadlinesPrepare variance analysis and bridges to explain the movements against forecast and the previous periodProficient in MS Office. High degree of proficiency with Excel, MS Access and PowerPointAbility to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous prioritiesHigh energy, high ownership of work product and dedication and commitment to driving resultsClear & precise communication skills and Logical thinking.Good collaborative skills.
